Experience, not on-the-job training

Our crews consist of staff with years of event experience – not short-notice hires with no prior knowledge. They know the difference between a conference and a fashion show, between a trade-fair build and a gala, and act accordingly.

Vetted, briefed, reliable

Every job is discussed in advance with the assigned team: schedule, contacts, on-site specifics. Whoever works for us is known, reachable and punctual – no-shows without a replacement simply don't happen with us.

The following three areas are our core competencies in StageHand services – standalone services you can book independently of one another.

StageHands

StageHands handle the build-up, changeover and breakdown of your event – from staging, trussing and decor to furniture and sound, light and video equipment. Our team understands the flow of an event from the inside and knows exactly in what order things need to happen so everything is ready on time in the end.

Especially with short-notice changes, tight time windows or spontaneous changeovers during a live event, the difference between a casual hire and an experienced crew becomes obvious. Our StageHands work in a solution-oriented way, speak the language of technical and production teams, and integrate smoothly into existing production workflows.

Logistics Crew

Logistics crew make sure material is in the right place at the right time – from delivery through interim storage to removal after the event. This includes loading and unloading, properly handling the transport of technical equipment, decor and furniture, as well as organising storage and staging areas on site.

Valuable and delicate equipment is handled with corresponding care, routes are kept short, and workflows are coordinated with the StageHand and security teams so no one gets in anyone else's way. That noticeably takes the load off your project team on the days when the most is happening at once anyway.

Event Drivers

Our event drivers handle transport around your event – from material and equipment runs between warehouse, delivery point and venue, to passenger transport for staff, artists or guests. All drivers hold the appropriate licence classes and are familiar with local conditions in Berlin and Brandenburg.

For passenger transport, especially for exposed guests, what matters alongside safe driving is above all discretion, punctuality and a calm manner. Our drivers are briefed accordingly and work closely with the close-protection and security team when both services are booked together.
